Cases of payment failure

• Bank card is not intended for Internet (on-line) payment. Contact issuing bank for details;
• The issuing bank does not allow currency conversion (payment is in rubles!)
• The 3D-Secure option does not work and you do not receive the security code to your phone. If you can not receive the security code, contact your issuing bank.

If the payment fails, contact issuing bank: sometimes such failure occurs due to banking configurations;
If You have been following all the instructions and still the payment fails, please, sent the letter to indicating the payment date and the last four digits of your card number (in the format * 0000). With this information, we can address the Russian bank to resolve the problem.
