In November, our company organized an educational programme for specialists from the Republic of Armenia entitled “Actual Issues of Laboratory Activities” in Moscow.
A challenge before us was to organize flights, transfer, as well as the training process. Taking into account intensive schedules of health-care workers, we developed an individual logistic plan for each participant of the seminar.
We offered personal transfer and meeting at the airport for each participant. By comfortable cars, the guests arrived to the hotel, where they were allowed convenient accommodation, as well as full board. We also arranged coffee breaks service.
To prepare the seminar venue, we delivered and installed projection and sound equipment, branded the site with exhibition constructions.
Each participant received a special kit, which included a folder, pen, notebook, flash drive, program and badge.
A night tour around Moscow with an experienced guide made a favorable impression on the guests of the Russian capital.
