Delegations from Russia, Belarus, the USA, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine took part in the conference “Heat-and-mass-exchange and hydrodynamics in swirling flows,” held in October in the capital of Tatarstan.

A modern hotel – the “Grand Hotel Kazan” located in the heart of the city – was chosen to become a venue of the event. For the international conference, our team selected and booked meeting halls for business meetings and individual negotiations in the hotel; provided interpreters and equipment for simultaneous interpreting. During the event, the delegates were able to communicate in an informal atmosphere: we organized catering service throughout the conference.

Our designers elaborated a brand-book of the event with layouts which became the basis for participant kits prepared.

For three days leading experts, professors and academicians in the field of physics presented their reports and the results of various fundamental researches to the participants.

To ensure intercultural dialogue, we prepared a rich cultural programme: Kazan night city tour and a trip to Sviyazhsk island impressed all the participants. Together with experienced guides, our guests enjoyed the sights of the “third capital” of Russia.

Thus, by the end of the event, it became clear that friendly relations have established between the delegations of the member countries. On the last day of the conference we prepared memorable gifts for all the guests: premium releases of Kazan travel guide, skullcaps and Tatar national sweets – chak-chak.
