An important part of any seminar or conference is an educational programme. And that was exactly what became the basis of the seminar-meeting with the executive power implementing the state youth policy in the Russian Federation.
We attracted experienced professionals in the field of sociology, state and municipal government, as well as experts in the field of youth policy for the preparation and implementation of the educational programme. The experts developed a high-quality programme of lectures, as well as prepared the interactive foresight-session aimed at analyzing the prospects of development of youth policy at the federal and regional level.
The meeting gathered 200 people – the heads of executive bodies working in the field of youth policy. We provided all the participants with the information on the venue and time of the event, as well as the programme of the seminar-meeting.
Our team prepared a technical platform for the seminar: organized delivery, transportation, installation and configuration of sound, light and projection equipment. Throughout the entire event we were realizing technical assistance.
Our designers developed a logo and corporate identity of the event, as well as layouts for printed products, which were included in the party package: name badge, folder, workbook, pen, silicone bracelet, corporate paper bag. We produced seminar kits, delivered them to the venue, as well as fulfilled participant registration.
We had prepared a cultural program for the participants including a visit to the historic pavilion VDNKh (Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy). Transfer was carried out on comfortable business class buses.
After the event, all the participants were presented with personal certificates. And during the solemn closing ceremony the heads of agencies were awarded letters of gratitude distinguishing active work in various areas of youth policy in 2016.
