One of the key directions of the Russian economy today is a comprehensive development of agriculture. “Young farmers” – was the theme designated for a session of the Youth Forum of the District “Rostov”.
We faced a difficult task: to develop an educational programme for the future agricultural producers and farmers. Together with federal experts in the field of agricultural technologies and production we have developed a unique training programme: training seminars in the field of project management, presentations of the leading agricultural producers, workshops with experts.
We identified the best twenty speakers and invited them to take part in the educational programme. We provided them with convenient direct flights, received them at the airport and, by business-class cars, accompanied them to a comfortable hotel with the sea view.
We offered a shuttle service between the hotel and the venue to ensure that our guests felt comfortable and could manage their free time.
We equipped the venue with a sound, light and projection facilities to improve the efficiency of the educational programme. Branded exhibition equipment was manufactured under our design; we delivered it and installed on the entire territory of the venue.
A team of the best PR managers carried out information support for the event. We developed a video script; held daily recording; carried out editing of two videos about the federal session “Young farmers” and the results of its activities.
