Grand opening of the Vietnamese Cultural Days in Russia was held at the State Academic Maly Opera Theatre on June 6.
Vietnamese Cultural Days is a joint project of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. It took place in Moscow and Volgograd from 6 to 11 June.
We organized accommodation of the Vietnamese delegation in Moscow and Volgograd. We booked a comfortable hotel, developed a detailed logistic plan, chose the locations and accomplished their technical preparation aimed at hosting event of high quality.
We sent more than 1000 invitations and designed the all printed materials and information products.
Our company took care of information support of all activities; carried out systematic work with mass media in Moscow and Volgograd; performed the photography and promotion activities on the Internet.
