Meeting of the chief state sanitary physicians from the Russian Federation, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan on the main aspects of the program of measles and rubella elimination in the CIS region.
At the meeting participants discussed a wide range of issues related to reducing the risk of measles and rubella, including the possibility of measles and rubella elimination in the CIS member states, the experience and prospects for cooperation between countries in fighting measles and rubella in order to prevent these infections and their secondary spread, improvement of laboratory studies on the diagnosis of measles and rubella, prospects the Russia’s assistance to CIS countries.
We tried to make the stay of foreign delegations as memorable as possible. Our mission was to prepare and to service the meeting. Our team provided technical support to conduct the meeting at the highest level: we chose a comfortable conference hall, and installed sound and projection equipment.
Such a complicated task, at first sight, – to arrange 7 international air flight simultaneously – was achieved by our managers, who had selected individual flights for each delegate. For comfortable transfer from the airport, our guests were allowed business-class cars. Our company took care of catering services including regular coffee breaks.
